NightLife Plus admission gives you an amplified evening to experience the only place on Earth with an aquarium, planetarium, rainforest, and natural history museum. Enjoy these exhibits and more during Thursday’s festive 21+ only NightLife event. Gain access to a private exhibit area with two free drinks and light bites surrounded by dazzling geology specimens. Receive expedited entry to some of the Academy's most popular exhibits, treat yourself with discounts on dining and shopping, and sit back and relax in a planetarium show. With live DJs, bars, ambiance lighting, and nearly 60,000 live animals (including familiar faces like Claude, our alligator with albinism), the night is sure to be wild. - You must be 21 years or older with a valid, physical photo ID to attend NightLife.
- Please arrive between 6-7 pm and check in at the VIP Tour Cart in the lobby, just to the right of the T.Rex.
- Last entry into the rainforest dome is at 7:30 PM.
- Planetarium passes are required for planetarium shows during NightLife. Planetarium reservations are assigned upon arrival. If you want to attend the show with your group/friends, please arrive and check in together.
- All food must be enjoyed in the Café or outdoors.
- NightLife is open every Thursday from 6:00 PM-10:00 PM. Visit https://www.calacademy.org/nightlife to see weekly themes.
